How do I leanmax without losing to much muscle and what’s a good deficit

400-500 caloric deficit, 3+ gym workouts per week, 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. There is no easy way bro.

Just eat fatty meat like a ribeye or something for every meal and your fat will melt without a need of counting calories (you will experience diarrhea at first likely)

Without carbs or anything just meat and that is it
