How tall are you? Do you ever go dancing (you've said you're low inhib)?

Any city with a standard club will do, playing: R&B, pop, disco, rap, etc. No fancy moves required (it doesn't hurt, so long as it's not too over the top), just rhythm, confidence, eye contact, and look like you're enjoying yourself (helps if you actually enjoy dancing, which I do, so it's not a fraud).

Let the respective girls clock you (obviously, height will help you get noticed, so fraud if you must) and vice versa.

Then, just approach her pretty directly (there are tiny adjustments, but ultimately just approach), even if she's in a group, say "You're cute", let her giggle/smile/express gratitude, then say "Would you like to dance?". Ideally, all with a smile. You don't ask for her name or anything else. You don't have to say anything. I promise you, it's possible to go from this to making out without a single word from here.

If she accepts (which is very likely, because if she clocked you enjoying yourself, she'll probably want in, especially these days when no one seems to let loose and dance anymore), you keep your moves really simple (basic 2 step, rhythm in your hips and shoulders, good posture, just being loose and coordinated), and you get close over time (a short time, you want to escalate from a couple of feet of space to your bodies touching within 2-3 mins max), using every trick to close the distance (eye contact, smiling, holding her hand, making her spin, etc.).

Once your bodies are touching, you can either move straight to lipsing or whisper something playful and then attempt.

Remember, it's a dance, so treat it as such. If she pulls away, you wait a few moments, then pursue, from closing the distance to kissing. It's all about reading her signals, but it's far more intuitive than having to know what to say (if you're not smashed, I'd advise against getting drunk, otherwise you'll struggle to pick up on what she's putting out).

From here, if you wanna smash, obviously, you're gonna need a whole bunch of strategy and planning to get her back to yours, but you've effectively created arousal without saying shit, so you can only really fuck it from here with unforced errors.

This style can work when you're solo, with one friend, or in a group. It can work on a couple of friends or a group of friends.

TL;DR - go dancing, skip all the intermediate bullshit (insta, texting, bla bla effort effort), create instant chemistry.
