I need a good Lip Lyft surgeron

Im about to get a philtrum shortening procedure asap. I consulted with one surgeon ,his results looked average, but I want the best surgeon. I can't afford to permanently fuck up my face.

I need a perfect procedure like these:

The majority of lip lyfts are botched, it's obvious work was done. Or your 'cupids bow' might disappear giving you a flat upper lip. I can't have that when I get mine done. A perfect lip lyft for me could potentially give me a near 1 psl boost. From 4 psl to 4.9psl. Because my long philtrum throws off my whole facial harmony.
This surgery would ascend me so hard, next step would be nosejob, cheekbone work, possibly mse, ccw rotation? then Id be 6.5psl,
