I need a gym routine

I used to go to the gym and dick around for 45-to an hour and didn’t see improvements. If one of you can please link me their workout program I’d really appreciate it. Thanks

do a basic 5x5 for a few months and then transition into something with more upper body volume and less lower body volume.

repeat the cycle

Day A: Chest, front delts, triceps
Day B: Back, rear + lateral delts, biceps, legs, wrists

you pick the exercises and how you do them

also take each set to failure, don't count the reps
 
Do Stronglifts 5x5 with added accessory work for lagging body parts.
Put less time in the gym and get more out of it with this routine
