I get lumped in as an Anglo user since I share common experiences with the Anglos on here and can post in depth walls of autism in their high quality threads but I have no significant Anglo DNA

If you're Irish that means your Celtic yakhi. Also you mentioned you have narrow palate and downward grown. It's the Anglos usually have shit facial development in general so I thought you were Anglo yakhi

Celtic is the first term that comes to mind but I don't know if it would catch on without other users fitting under the term

I would say Irish people also have some of the worst palates, probably due to centuries of soft foods like potatos

Many 100kg+ Rugby players here with palates the size of an 8 year olds
