Since I accepted I can’t afford lefort 2, I’ll cope with lefort 1 + BSSO (CCW bimax), even though my lower maxilla isn’t recessed; My upper maxilla is recessed. Will having a projected lower maxilla make my upper maxilla appear less recessed or anything? Just give me anything that can help me.

It will make it appear MORE recessed because it will remain behind as the lower maxilla moves forward. If you really need upper maxillary depth your choices are infras or paranasal implants, and/or fat transfer.
