I NEED A NEW JOB

I work part time at this (kinda) small lounge wear brand, and I just hate it, they have employed too many people so it’s literally impossible to get shifts, the oldest person (The CEO) is like mid 30s cos the company was only started 13 yrs ago, so none of the management rly know what they’re doing and even worse all the ppl who work in the shops r bitchy 18-20 year olds, they also have kept EVERYONES commission for the past two months because the mini fridge was broken and it was supposedly to fund a new one, when me and my friend from work were supposed to get around £300 each commission, and a lot of people work more than us so there’s no way a mini fridge is taking two months of commission sales…

And to top it all off, the clothes r cheap quality, they r all fruit of the loom and Gilden clothes with a logo slapped on it and they charge about £45-60 for jumpers and around £55 for joggers, even the cheapest t shirts are like £25, I always feel so bad when people come and buy the stuff and I have to lie and say how good the quality is
