my question is would a bimax indirectly make my chhekbones higher and more prominent due to better support this might be a stupid question but its one i have been wondering about a very long time another question is would a bimax fix my rounded goonians if its caused by a short ramus

Bimax aint doing shit to ur cheekbones its only going to advance your upper and lower jaw forwards, there will be no movement of your zygos with just a lefort 1, youd need a leftort 2/implants for any changes to the zygomatic arch. If you want to fix ur rounded gonions dont rely on bimax you need an implant there too bud
