I need a rhinoplasty so bad

My nose is so huge puffy and bulbous, I cannot wait for my rhino, it will hopefully make my side average, maybe even slightly above. Hopefully it will be done when I’m 18

It works if you have thick skin on your nose not if nose cartilage is fucked

My side is okay but my jaw is kinda narrow and asymmetrical. It’s my actual nose that is ruined, the cartilage and bone is fucked

Yea I agree but my nose also nukes my front, it’s just massive in comparison to my other features
