i need a septorhinoplasty but i’m broke

my airway is shit, i broke my nose when i was 14, and since then ive got a deviated septum and narrowed nasal airway. my breathing is pretty loud at rest
aesthetically my nose is pretty long and slightly downturned

i wanna get it done but i’m broke

I know it’s not the only thing I’d want to fix, just one of my main concerns

anyone here knowledgeable about this stuff?
would appreciate any advice on what procedures usually get done in cases like this

what country you in? im in the uk and i get it for free because i have cleft lip so im automatically eligible
if u say you have breathing difficulties tho they will mark it as a functional surgery and not purely cosmetic so you will be able to get it done for free
