nah jks but i don't think thats even possible
you might be able to get a good jaw from surgery but the eye sockots and width of the skull most likely can't be changed

you can try orbital rim implants.

but to be honest with you, your eye SHAPE really doesn't change that much, only your undereyes will.

your pfl or pfh won't change from something like this.

Orbital osteotomies and MLF3 can do this
MLF3 is never gonna be possible. Maybe Orbital ostetomies would work. So how would that work and who would I go to?

Orbital osteotomies are just as much of a pipe dream as MLF3 but Dr sailer and Dr Sinn to answer your question

Dr Sailer is a nightmare... never possible with him. With Dr Sinn I heard he charges like 40k for a MLF3. A guy back in 2014 got a MLF3 from him for like 20k in his office room and he said he improved by 2 points of attractiveness.

I wonder how much Dr Sinn is gonna charge to fix this.

He has done them before tripod osteotomies,OBOs but yes they cost a fortune

forget this cope how tf should one remodel your frontal bone and zygos like that without sending you to Gandy first?
Zygos weren't touched it's the orbital shape. The left is more compact and rectangular

Had another look yes a tad bit. There are surgeries that can do that actually but they are only done on ppl with medical deformities

shit would definitely not even be worth it, even if possible.Looks crazy invasive to me for how much of a boost??0,75 PSL maaaaaaaaaax
I would need other surgeries too, and it would be so expensive.

imo fucking with the eyes is like gambling.Things that change the under eye area and maybe some removal of excessive hooding perfectly worth it if they failo u and not crazy invasive but anything that involves reshaping of the pfl, eye spacing and so on brooooootally invasive and expensive

@PrestonYnot what do you guys think about fat grafting, or implants? i dont think bone grafting the brow ridge is possible.

I'm thinking fat grafting but Idk if its permanent or not

For under eyes? Fat grafts can be permanent in the under-eye. But like any other fatty tissues within the body, it can atrophy. This can be a problem if you're lean and you exercise. You might just be wasting your money. Fat can also form lumps when grafted and injected subcutaneously, and not all of the fat that is injected may take.Get infraorbital implants instead

Fuck so fat grafting isn’t permanent? Fuck
nah, you just move the fat from one place to another.Although in the under eye area I think it would last the longer than on your cheeks or jawline lets say

So I would have to go the implant route then

You could get an U-shaped osteotomy, it’s a subcranial procedure so your skull won’t be cut open.
It is mostly used on people with moderate hypertelorism (eyes too far apart). It can do a few millimetres of movement plus it’s not as invasive an traumatic as OBO.
Bigger problem is finding a surgeon who is experienced and will perform it on you. Yaremchuk authored a study on OBOs you could ask him.

I don't understand how it's possible to not cut the skull. Where would the incision be?

It’s not about the skin incision, it’s about having the front part of your skull removed exposing your brain to gain access.

This is what I meant by “cutting your skull”.

As for the skin incision, I don’t know.
