I need a surgery to move my nose down

I have a perfect 1:1 midface but a long philtrum cuz of high nose bridge and nose base. If I can just bring my nose lower on my face it will improve me chin to philtrum so much

thats not that tantalizing it could be brutal like 1:1 but still pretty inadequate. 2.1/2.2 would be better. Well bringing the nose down could make it look uncanny so did you look into other options like a lip lift

I alr have a good upper lip to bottom lip ration and full lips, a lip lift will not only look gay on me but it will ruin my mfr which is already 1:1
