I need advice about rhinoplasty

My nose hump is too high, so the bridge of my nose is too high, my chin is set back, but it's not certain whether I'll get bimax or not. Is it normal to have the excess hump removed with rhinoplasty before bimax, and will the nose shape change and need revision afterward?

if you get any significant maxillary advancement dont get a rhinoplasty beforehand. bimax will likely change the appearance of your nose and then a revision would be needed, just unnecessary i think

I have an ethnic nose, the hump part is very big and hooked, so I want to have it removed before bimax because it bothers me.

yes you can get a rhinoplasty now cause its gonna set the ridge lower if its high and make the midface appear better and in future when you get the bimax its gonna improve the nose more by anticlockwise rotation of the maxilla so you can get rhino now based on the existing measurements like even if you got the bimax how much you are gonna rotate anticlockwise , so yea i would suggest get a rhino now cause also if you have a recessed chin and also a hoocked nose i know how bad it feels bro and also if you do not have a recessed maxila just get a mini wing genioplasty it could be less expensive and less riskier then bimax and you can get similar ot even better results then bimax
