Pick your exercises
Dips(chest/tric)
Incline bench(chest/tric)
Bulgarian split squats(legs)
Leg extensions(legs)
Cable curls(biceps)
Hammer curls(biceps)
Shoulder press(shoulder)
Lateral raises(shoulder)
Lat pulldown(back)
Lat rows (back)

Train every set to failure, 2 minute rest and then do another to failure. Your body wont trust you to take it all the way to failure(literally tearing up from pain) for at least a few weeks but train as hard as you can.

Also MEAT MEAT MEAT!!!!
