Title.

Natty-lifting for a 120 pounds 16-year-old, eating 2,400kcal with grass-fed organic meat, every fruit/vegetable in the world + dairy products). I was thinking about doing U/L or PPL for 3-4x p/week.
 
Not going to the gym
 
i don't recommend PPL, no emphasis on arms whatsoever
try doing chest and shoulders, back, arms, and legs

just do PPL, thats what i did from the beginning and hit 225 bench within my first year lifting seriously at 16

mogs, but for natties i always recommend to just stick with regular ppl since compounds and building base strength are more important than if on gear
