Overall, after a long period of research, I've jotted down a few products that have improved my minor acne, bloating, slight growth, cortisol, and other things to maximize my potential. I'd like to ask someone more experienced if these products are a waste of money, if they work, if they're worth using, what I can add, improve, etc. So, let's start. Regarding SKINCARE, I'd like to buy and start using these products: - The Body Shop Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter (first cleanse to cleanse my skin in the evening of product residue, such as SPF, etc.)
- CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser (second cleanse to actually cleanse my face))
- Cerave moisturizer (a must-have)
- Benzaknen 10% gel (very strong antibacterial properties, used for acne)
- The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Solution. Most of these are skincare staples. But I'm not entirely sure about Benzaknen 10%, so I'm asking for your opinion. To DEBLOAT, I want to start taking Eplerenone and maybe some diuretics, but I'm not entirely sure about that either, so I'm asking for your opinion. To LOWER CORTISOL, increase testosterone, and have many benefits, I want to take Ashwagandha. I've read that it's the best supplement and has many benefits. As for SUPPLEMENTS, I also want to supplement with collagen. Maybe it will slightly improve the hollows under my eyes, while also bone-mashing the infraorbitals. I'm in the puberty phase, so I want to maximize my bone growth. That's why I want to start taking PEPTIDES - Mod GRF 1-29 - GHRP 2. Tell me if this would be good.
