I need advice on how to look better I really want to feel confident with the way I look, surprisingly I don’t have trouble with the opposite gender but I really just want this transformation for myself. I am aware I am not good looking but I don’t know where to start.

Narrow mandible, prey eyes, all i would say is start by getting lean, and if possible get mandible wraparound implants

I’m already pretty lean when I weighed 105 I was 8% body fat I BELIVE now I’m 12% cuz I gained some pounds, I’m too young to get any surgery’s tho
