I need advice on alcohol for lowering inhibition to approach a girl at school (she usually is only with 1 or 2 female friends)

SKIP THE PARAGRAPH IF YOU WANNA ANSWER MY QUESTIONS | I'm 17, I am very anxious and socially inhibited. When I am at school and alone in the hallways, I am anxious and worried. I'm not very anxious with girls around only, I'm mlre anxious when many guys are passing and I'm worried I'll get bullied. I'm not even intimidated by them, but I'm anxious about it. I'm afraid to look to my left or right to see who's walking because they could start bullying me for looking at them. I'm trying to improve this but it seems to have stalled at this point. Btw, it's just anxiety, not fear. Also, I am not insecure at all.

MY QUESTIONS | I wanna drink beer before school on an empty stomach. How much should I drink and how quickly to not get too drunk to appear sober while being more confident? Also, how do I get rid of that breath after drinking it? Would swishing mouthwash be enough. I would appreciate more advice if there is something I need to know.

I don't think that's a good idea but if you still want to do it then pick something other than beer.

Yes, and get in trouble. I mean I was always hyper anxious, it's just that I have improved but not enough. It's so brutal. Do you have actual advice?
 
Go for 2 beers and that should have you in a sweet spot (if you MUST do it this way). Otherwise I suggest you start a combat sport and/or going to the gym and guys won’t intimidate you as much

I never drink btw, are you sure 2 won't get me drunk? I go to the gym, I'm slightly more muscular than most guys and I am less anxious. I wouldn't say I'm intimidated by those guys, it sewms to be just anxiety. I'm not sure though. When I see an actually intimidating guy that would potentially mess with me, I notice actual fear. Usually, it's not actual fear.

Honestly alcohol is shit for persistent anxiety like yours. You need meds

Well I'm 17 and that's the only thing I can get at the moment. And my anxiety isn't extreme, it's just always there when I'm alone at school.

I’d suggest trying a combat sport anyways so you get used to a worst case scenario and find peace in it
