SKIP THE PARAGRAPH IF YOU WANNA ANSWER MY QUESTIONS | I'm 17, I am very anxious and socially inhibited. When I am at school and alone in the hallways, I am anxious and worried. I'm not very anxious with girls around only, I'm mlre anxious when many guys are passing and I'm worried I'll get bullied. I'm not even intimidated by them, but I'm anxious about it. I'm afraid to look to my left or right to see who's walking because they could start bullying me for looking at them. I'm trying to improve this but it seems to have stalled at this point. Btw, it's just anxiety, not fear. Also, I am not insecure at all.
MY QUESTIONS | I wanna drink beer before school on an empty stomach. How much should I drink and how quickly to not get too drunk to appear sober while being more confident? Also, how do I get rid of that breath after drinking it? Would swishing mouthwash be enough. I would appreciate more advice if there is something I need to know.
