i need advice on how to get outside cus im stuck at home

My school isnt letting me come back after I went to the psych ward a couple weeks ago, so thats a lot of daily sunlight taken away, and my parents dont let me go on walks or really be outside by myself anymore becuase they dont trust me becuase the last time i did that i was in psychosis and wanted to stab people. but i really need advice cus i need to be outside but my parents dont let me
