I need advice on increasing hgh

I haven't grown at all in the past year and a half, I have been taking L Arginine and L Ornithine, before my work outs and after, and ive been fasting every day for 16 hours, I only eat from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. And I have been taking natural aromatase inhibitor called AndroSurge, mainly it has grape seed extract. Taking lots of zinc, magnesium, vitamin D aswell as Collagen and Biotin and Ashwaganda.

I am at a high body fat and I want to know, if I want to grow more should I start cutting down as I heard high bf decreases hgh or should I just stay the same, I am at 26% bf but visually I look more like 32% because of my gyno, please help me. Also I have been declined in HGH treatment and my parents won't let me get it any other way. Help me out 🙏
 
yeah man, high body fat definitely lowers natural hgh and test levels—it’s one of the main things holding you back if you’re trying to grow. excess estrogen from fat (especially with gyno) can suppress growth hormone and mess with your hormonal balance overall.

cutting down to ~15% bf will almost always improve hgh, insulin sensitivity, and natural hormone function. your fasting window is good for hgh, but it won’t override the effect of high body fat. keep the supplements if you want, but they won’t do much unless your overall body comp improves.

best move now: focus on a slow, sustainable cut, train hard with intensity, get quality sleep (this is huge for hgh), and keep stress low. if you can bring down body fat naturally, your hormones—including hgh—will be in a much better spot to do their job. growth might not be massive at your age depending on genetics, but optimizing your body will give you the best shot.
 
Just lose some weight and do fasted sprints also make sure you eat well and sleep well, you’ll be fine bro

My dad grew 6 inches at the age of 20, but my growth plates are pretty close to closing and I doubt they will be open by the time I am 18, rn I am 17.6 years old exactly. I started to take L Arginine and L Ornithine immediatly before I go boxing, which should increase HGH by alot and also taking it 10 minutes before I go to sleep, to increase HGH in my sleep, im not sure if it works or not so lmk if it does.

Also if u got any tips on how to lose weight, like supplements or specefic foods lmk, it's not about my activity that is fucking me up bc even tho I am very fat I am still really aethletic, it's my diet.
