There are no 'better' or 'faster' ways to lose BF,only way is caloric deficit-find what your maintenance calorie intake is and eat 600 calories less

My jaw is bad and my skin is becoming black i am super active and my skin isnt usually so black its more closer to white on sum real shi i really need help improving instead of just criticism without any advice on them

I lost 22kg in the last 16 months what should my weight be or what should i try to reach
 
i would recommed losing weight that will help alot with looking better. find a good balanced diet.

shave ur side burns. get rid of ur eye bags with caffeine serum, grow ur hair out a little more
