I havent been taking my adhd meds im on day 8 or 9 i think without them. I can finally sleep, with adhd meds low dose + daridorexant i only slept 5 hours daily.
Problem: I cant concentrate at all. Like i can only do stuff im interested in like writing this message, but nigga i have to read a fucking book and do mathematics these vacations i have only 4 days left
. When i take my meds im very high iq i study 15 minutes and get A and B, but without them im just so fucking fucked hahahha. I have many types at home im currently looking at:
- Medikinet 20 mg = pretty low dose, will still fuck my sleep, but works for 6-8 hours
- Ritalin = fast release high intensity for 30 minutes to 2 hours. They give me fast heart beat, but havent taken them in a long time nigga. I dont know if they affect my sleep.
Medikinet is the best retard med that works for me regarding the side effects, the other retard (long release) have more servere side effects
Ritalin is the only short release med i have, this one has mostly temporary side effects.
No nigga i cant concentrate without them i needa decide and take one of them.
Im currently tending towards fast release once, since the side effects are not affecting my sleep really. i wanna sleep nigga. I will see my psychiatrist only next week so i need to decide on my own
Which one should I take? Retard or Fast release????
