I need advice

So in my old college(its like highschool but in england) I had a crush on this girl in my science class who I never really got to speak to even tho she sat next to me multiple times as I was the guy who was known for always getting bullied therefore my reputation was fucked, now Ive moved to a new college to do and she is here aswell but I have like no classes with her i just saw her now, This new college im at is filled with LTBs only she is like Hmtb and im tryna get a girl by 18 (im 17 rn) but she is like the only good looking one in the college idk if its even worth going up to her and tryna get to know her as she has seen the side of thats not the best as also in my old college she was friends with this dumb asf bitch from my old secondry school where I also had not the best reputation and therefore I feel like she knows all the wrong things about me. Idk what I should do in this situation as there are no hot girls in any of my classes, Idk whay I should do, should I try and get to know her? as she seems kind but then again she most likley knows all the worst things about me.
Also thank god I didnt ask her for her number/snapchat on the last day at my old college as then If I had gotten rejected I would still have to see her.
