I need an advice

There's this girl in my school that I'm physically attracted to her bc of her face she's t1 in my school and the difference between her and t2 and t3 is massive
So last time she was with her friend (girl) and was in my way so the friend (let's call her oyo) was doing someshit like we was in a bit different ways and her class is not on the way that I'm taking after ts oyo was grabbing her and trying to make her bump into me but the girl (t1) was a bit shy and was lwk trying to not bump into me
So is it a sign that i gotta get surgery the sec pub ends or just ldar until i join college and end up alone 4life
