I need an animated version of my banner or even a better one.

This is my current banner , i've tried many ai platforms ; but it won't generate a video ( gif ) of the image demanded on the request.

I'm gently requesting help , hope anyone comes up with even better ones.

I can cut out the water mark but just use a gif maker and cut the parts you dont want and boom a high iq user such as myself made you a cool banner
