The easiest would be AI to spike test and decrease plate closure, I mean since you're so young id honestly recommend a suicidal AI like Aromasin just because of that. If you start at 16-17 I wouldn't recommend it, but that young you'll be fine and it will make sure if you miss a day you'll be fine, could deadass grow until 20 because you're so young , start pinning at 16, its over, at least 6'3
