~ How to lose weight?;
- After eating, wait around 15 minutes to let the food to settle down. After that go for a walk to let it digest properly, way healthier and will help you. Our ancestors didn't lay down and do nothing after eating, main reason why they were fit.

buy some reta. virtually no side effects except for nausea when you pin for the first time. after you lea down go to an orthodontist and see if you could get any appliances to ascend you and fix any problems (both health-wise and aesthetics-wise)
