2 possibilities :
1. You hit puberty, you just didn't finish it yet
2. you still have hit pubery yet and you should be at least 6'7 since yuo haven't have any growth spurt yet

if you want non surgical advice for your face, there are plenty of threads dedicated to guides and you should pick what you need
if you want to know your failos, you need to take a better picture, you're standing too close and tilting your head down
but I can still see that you have a long ass nose, bad hairline, poor infra orbital fat and bone, looks life you have big assymetries on your eyes and ears, and of course a "narrow jaw" from the front wich I guess is actually a short rammus or a downward grown jaw and chin, would need a side pic for that.
This could be highly impacted by lens but your hooding is negative which counter your pct, , good eyebrow tilt
