In my state, CBD is legal in an OTC fashion, nut real weed isn't quite yet legal. There are certain restrictions regarding the amount of THC allowed in a product, so there is this company called Delta Ape that sells vapes and bud that fall below that legally required amount, although most places don't sell the bud, because it can still be mistaken for the street kind. It can still get you high (I think it's a kind of Hemp bud they sell), but not in the same way bud with high THC content would. Other than that, you have Kratom, which is basically OTC heroin. So if you're bored, you can check the laws in your state to see what it says regarding this.

kratom is shit tbh i've tried it and didn't even use it for more than a week
