I need Friday to come now. I get 6 bands and I'm using that to buy a cheap as hell Rhinoplasty from ID Hospital for 4500. Should I get the v shaped jaw surgery as well?

Rhinoplasty isn't that beneficial to most men unless your nose is incredibly fucked.

I recommend another surgery instead. Preferably one that would improve your bones.
