i need genuine advice

Im 17,5 23 % bf and i dont know should i go on aggresive cut or maintain weight or go on a bulk because i dont want any testosterone and bone lose but i also dont wanna stay fat. So will aggresive cut for like 1,5 month affect my test levels and bone growth or it doesnt matter this much? Photo pf my face for reference i

At this point i would actually just lean down instead of using aqualyx. I just want to reach my genetic potential and not lose any bone growth so going down from 23 to 12-15 would be optimal for me or better to wait untill 19?
I definitely did not see you included BFP. Yeah, lowering your body fat percentage will DEFINITELY help you out. You already look kind of lean, to be honest. If you really are that high, then it's hiding your structure. You probably have good bones, if that is what your face looks like at 23 percent body fat. I think you should cut, it really does not affect bone growth, you just need to do it correctly.

I would try to stay in a calorie deficit and eat your bodyweight in protein (g). I'm sure you already...
being a fat fuck increases aromatization so regardless your test and bone growth will be fucked so dont be a pussy and put the fork down. people will look for anything as an excuse.

estogen also provides bone growth especially in zygomatic region so im not sure. And my bone growth is diffenetly not fucked
 
I would not cut, but if possible, lean your face out with UC or Aqualyx. If you're already pretty lean in this photo, you have alright structure, not bad actually, just a big nose.

There are lots of nose reduction techniques that you could try, I like hydrocortisone because it works, but there are better ones. Your nose is your biggest problem, not really your structure or facial fat.

Also, grow some brows and lashes, will ascend you heavy. I like oral minoxidil, its the best way to grow hair, but maybe topical AS WELL for your brows, to really target the area, and then dye them.

Androgens are really the only way to achieve massive facial bone growth. You have pretty good bones already, good dimo, don't worry about that right now. You're a little too old and look like an early bloomer, it wouldn't help you much either way because it would hardly work are your stage. I do recommend ultrasonic cavitation, i made a guide on it so I obviously prefer it to Aqualyx. It isn't invasive, so it's overall just a better option for spot reduction of facial fat.

And estrogen hardly induces bone growth, it's mainly utilized for prolonging growth and slowing bone aging, keeping your growth plates and sutures open for longer.

isnt it gonna stunt my natural test production since im not done with puberty yet? And mine natural test level is already high.

Have you confirmed your natural is already high?

Testosterone is what drives growth of your mandible and brow that's very important to your dimorphism.

You are already 17.5 you are ending puberty. Or at least, most men are.

I would try to stay in a calorie deficit and eat your bodyweight in protein (g). I'm sure you already know all about that kind of stuff, you look like a gym goer who knows what he's doing, but I may be wrong.

You just need to be sure that, while cutting out bad foods and staying in a calorie deficit, that you still get everything you need. Make sure you eat lots of meat, get all of the protein you need, all of the vitamins, calcium is important, and be sure to just cut out junk food (which is honestly one of the biggest mistakes people do; they eat too much junk and it has a huge effect on their body, lots of grease and too much sugar is really bad for good growth.)

Personally, I stopped drinking soda, and now that I am leaned out. I have kind of freed up my diet (i think I'm about 12 percent body fat or so) because I have made good progress, so I still occasionally enjoy good meals that have some not so good stuff, and once in a while drink a soda, but I try to keep it as healthy and clean as possible. Diet is overlooked for growth, its the MOST IMPORTANT THING. You could have a potential of 6'5, and end up being 5'7 because you eat like shit.

lose fat asap fuck t levels or bones your 17 nothing much will chance anyways

Thanks, best advice. I actually eat mostly meat so there will be no problem with that.
