Thanks man finally a real advice also yeah true what u said I'm bulking rn for my upcoming matches im gonna fight in super heavyweight division(112kg) I'm 76kg rn and im going for 86 then 99 and then 112 cuz I used to be heavyweight back in my fat fighting days but after an ankle injury I lost down to 51 and I had to work upto 61 and now 76 and yeah no wonder why I'm storing fat on my face also will all the training I'm doing for my fights come Handy too? What else should I do but stay in control while bulkingDebloat your face. i debloated by drinking 3L of water a day and cutting back on sodium and fast foods. i also stopped eating/drinking dairy. I mainly ate cucumbers, oranges and protein through sources like chicken.
You could also fix your hair. It looks really damaged, and I'm guessing that's from whatever dye you put in (which looks shit btw so change that asap).
It depends on what you're training. It most likely won't help because your body is just turning the fat on your body and your limbs into muscle rather than burning it off, especially if you're training for physical matches. The reason why you're retaining so much fat on your face is primarily because of the fact your purposefully bulking, so if you really want to lose it, you can either stop bulking and try maintaining the weight you're at right now or just accept it. I'm not aware of any peptides that can debloat your face so that's not an alternative. But yeah TLDR Keep up a diet of mainly water and no sodium, and get more sleep. Since you need to stay at the same weight for fighting, focus less on losing face fat specifically and more on reducing puffiness+ improving body composition. It's hard to reduce face fat without losing total weight while doing so. However, you can at least look leaner by keeping sodium moderate, drinking water, sleeping more and keeping cardio/conditioning in. If your weight stays the same, aim to slowly replace some fat with muscle through consistent training and high-protein meals. Also make sure you're not overeating dirty bulk foods because that can make your face hold more water. In my experience, the only way to drastically debloat your face is to calorie deficit, but since you can't because of sports, this is your only option.Im planning on keeping the weight any tips on losing facial fat but staying in weight for fight also diet and yeah the workouts i should do
One of my cousin is saying he was right all along and another friend of mine who's also into looksmaxxing said it's easy for me to ascend cuz I have decent features the facial fat is what was holding me back but I don't trust them fully now my cousin is saying that I need to go down to 52kg but bro I wanna fight in heavier division and have a very strong physique and very athletic while also having elite looks is that possible?Since you need to stay at the same weight for fighting, focus less on losing face fat specifically and more on reducing puffiness+ improving body composition.
