I need help allergie at 17

Hi my Name is Welli and im 17 years old,

I would really appreciate if you could read all that

I wanted to start looksmaxxing and already I came across my first problem. My allergie i dont know exactly what allergie i have but i think some speing trees and pollen because in my country the trees opened there flowers (sorry for my bad english).

Also i wanted to say i dont want to use pharmacology yet i want to try to cure my allergies naturally because i heard 90% of it comes from the gut. So will changing diet and co do anything because i cant believe that someone who eats healthy stay in the sun much and spents time in nature has allergies so yeah im really fucked up becuase im bloated asf and my uee also gets like 50% more. So hopefully anyone from you can help me i really would appreciate ...

You cant cure allergies unless you just ourgrow them. You can treat the symptoms with OTC medication

But there has to be a reason why you can outgroe allergies. So what exactly has to change in the body that the allergies stop. Its really enoing and my parents wont pay things to get me to the doctor
