ok i wont make the story too long basically i havent ate in like 5-6 days since i cant afford food and i only have water. my mouth is fucking dry as fuck even with water and it's full of bacteria and i need to get rid of it cus it makes water taste like shit, i heard using salt water to rinse and using a spoon to scrape my tongue helps but idk if it actually works someone tell me
