I need help badly if anyone has any tips for me at all if really appreciate it

I always get treated so much differently then everyone and I act the exact same I was taking adderall for a bit and people would say I need to get back on it and that I was annoying Thats what my “friends” said multiple times no one talks to me unless I talk first I just really needa tips ive been told my face is asymmetrical I would like some help with that and that like my lips are fucked up i need to do something about that too i need to do something about my whole face im just fucked
