I've been suffering with eczema ever since I was born, it's a genetic thing, my skin looks like I've aged 50, its rough and dry as fuck, I've tried light treatments, Sterioid cream, clean diets, I drink 2-4L of water daily, skin care, Dupilumab injections, and it improved. However, I still can't find clear skin; my skin is compared to a fish or a lizard in School and downgrades my shit looks and not to mention I am a 5'3 currycel with my parents the same hight. I've been bullied my entire life because of it, and I can't find a way to get clear skin.

My diet is good, I have alot of alergies so I can't eat many things. I avoid foods that contain wheat, egg, soya, gluten, dairy, nuts, and sesame, and a few more. I mostly eat chicken and rice.

I got eczema on my hands and it’s rough in the winter , it cuts my skin and makes blisters but it gets. Better in the summer tho , but I’ll show you some products that helped me , mark my thread as a solution if it helps

Use height insoles and go to a quality dermatologist and use tinted sunscreen
