no nigga, banded sleep doesn't work you need hormonal drugs, hgh, AI, igf-1 LR3 thats your best chance, or surgery also rep my post

You can use HGH but it won’t make you grow more than 3 cms.

Depends. But yeah AI is very important for these few last cm of growth.
