b4 u run GH and AI fix ur diet. Most of ur height is determined by protein consumption and healthy fats, There is a rzn why nordics are tall. Their diet. then once u have a proper diet run GH and AI. and train high intensity + mega dose melatonin and sleep 9 hrs.
