I need help for my height growth

I didn't grow that much in this year cuz I spiked my prolactin a lot. I'm thinking to inject hgh and take a.i next year. So what should I do this year? My knee,tibia and back are hurting too much. I usually sleep at 11-12pm ik it's late for the teenage btw I'm 16. Imma get xray next month to check that is my growth plate is still open or not. So what should I do for my height growth I drink 2-3l of raw milk a day Is my growth spurt coming?
