I need a 3000kcal diet with 250g of protein, i don't know if anyone here has something like that
 
Just search on google or AI tf is this question

2lbs pounds of meat daily-chicken breasts/ lean beef/ ground turkey are all good sources
= 200g 1700 kcal including things like oil for cooking
2 cups nonfat yogurt with fruit and some jam for easy carbs, 2 cups milk
comes out to 3000 calories roughly, you might have to add some nuts to the yogurt for more calories from fat
