i need help heightmaxxing

im 5'2 at 14 and i get bullied because of it what could i do to grow

Makes you 1-2 inches taller
There are no side effects
But if you are really serious about heightmaxxing you could take it a step further with the holy grail of height-boosting-supplements:
Height potential = 5-8 inches taller

dont listen to that guy pretty much bs. Your still 14 so you got time, make sure you sleep for minimum 8 hours preferably 9 hours. Try to cut out junk food and eat healthier, lots of protein, better posture may instantly add an inch, HGH max, start lifiting weights(not too heavy), sprints, and finally supplements. Ik I just said those are BS mainly cuz its not nessasirly proportioned right and you can get it much cheaper and more absorption from others. Magnesium Glynicante, Zinc+copper(or take zinc in low amounts), omega-3, Vitamin D3+K2 are the ones Id reccomd to start. There's some more you can take but those help the most imo. Almost everyone will tell you too take HGH or GH peptides but I wouldn't reccomend it at 14 you still got time and it wont really help as much if your hormones are at a normal level and it can lead to suppression and tons of more issues not worth it at your age. What is your parents height?
