tretinoin might actually shrink ur nose a tiny bit by removing the inflammation and getting rid of the blackheads but the change wont be major nose is too genetic to change so a rhino will most likely be your only option

K T agencies on indiamart has some accutane you could use to get rid of ur blackheads and if u think the black spots on ur nose are "blackheads" they're subaceous filaments not blackheads. If you take accutane since it rids ur face of its oil it could shrink ur nose a bit and clear up ur acne and subaceous filaments. I saw some thread that said hydrocortisone cream can thin the skin of ur nose to give it a smaller look. And K T agencies was also a source I saw someone put in a thread. And for bloating just clear up ur diet but if its severe maybe use acqualyx.
