I need help (hypothyroidism)

I need help. I am worried I have hypothyroidism. I have many of the symptoms, including a later puberty. I want to get a blood test, but im in a difficult situation right now. Last week, my parents found and confiscated some of my "stuff" , and now they refuse to let me go out to get a blood test. What should I do?

Explain the situation to your parents by telling them that you have serious health issue and you need to get a blood test as you suspect suffering from hypothyroidism and how bad it can affects your health in long-term.

very strict

like no Bs, no missing school by any means strict.

When they found it, my mom cried and my dad started yelling at me. I cant even leave the house besides school

also very religious and traditional, and don't believe your face or height matters at all

this sounds pretty tough ngl

first thing to try is to try have a logical conversation with them about your health, not about anything bp
try to steer the conversation to you wanting to make sure that you are healthy. “Do you not want me to be healthy?”
since they don’t understand don’t even try to convince them about height or face or anything BP.

if they still won’t allow you to see a doctor then that is just abuse. try go to your school teacher or head teacher (or equivalent in your country) it should be a member of staff that is high enough in the school to have authority and that is understanding (again, DO NOT MENTION ANYTHING BP, just health) and say that you feel sick and are exhibiting symptoms of hypothyroidism and that your parents refuse to help you. This could get your parents in trouble tho. In some countries the school will keep it a secret about anything medical that they assist with (i think UK, Canada and some US states)

Appreciate the advice man. I will look if my school allows it to be secret, then try this out
