I NEED HELP IM HAVING HALLUCINATIONS I THINK

Since i smoked weed and got a bad trip i have insomnia, night anxiety and see shadows after waking up in night and pay attention to weird sounds on music thinking are hallucinations

I smoked on dicember 2 after finally being out of xanax 2 weeks (prescribed) and got a bad trip so bad that now i canr sleep at night because of fear of schizophrenia, sometimes i wake up and see shadow people, scary AF

tried to listen to music but sometimes i hear like some sounds or tones on the music and think its schizophrenia hallucinations, what it can be? fuck

now i confuse every sound with a cicada even when a car pases, like i feel like i heard them on my mind everytime theres loud sound
