I need help I’m in pain

Lost 50 pounds in less than 6 months but my hair is still diffuse thinning all across my scalp infact now it’s worse and it’s spread to the front of my head. Idk what to do I finally have hollow cheeks but I’m fucking skinny fat now, I’m so tired of this I really just wanna not be here. Can someone offer some advice?

I don’t know how to , I tried minoxidil but it just makes it worse I apply it daily. I’m at my wits end. Every dermatologist I’ve been to just recommends minox and since I’m only 17 my doctor won’t prescribe fenastiride.

I’m going to look into serums and dht blockers thank you so much for this! I’m going to try to slow work on the skinny fat shit too I’ll update you if I find a solution but as of now I think I have to just hit the gym more and increase my protein intake

you are losing hair bcz heavy metals are binding to dht in your scalp. This means you will need to do a heavy metal detox. Look up Aajonus Vonderplanitz
