Your undereyes look pretty brutal but I've (albeit occasionally) seen eye areas transformed from a large amount of weightloss. Keep on losing weight and see where that takes you. If your undereyes are still an apparent failo then you can consider the possibility of fat transplants/infraorbital rim implants/laser depigmentation. What's your ethnicity btw.
