I need help me with my skincare/acnecare routine

I recently started skin care for the first time in my life.....i went to the dermatologist and she gave me some stuff....
ISOTRETINOINE 10MG 1X DAY
NIACINAMIDE AND B5+ MOISTURIZERS
SULFUR CLEANSER 3-4X A WEEK
im thinking about also getting tretinoine....but idk how to use it and if i can use acccutane and the tretinoine both in the same routine...

ANY HELP WITH THE USE AND TIMES AND TIPS ARE APPRECIATED

10mg a day is insanely low for accutane im on 80mg a day. Just so you know the goal with isotret is to get to 125-150mg/per kg of bodyweight.With 10 a day the procedure is gonna take years u have to increase the dose,but first do bloods and consult with your derm

she told me start at 10mg a day.....can i instead of upping the dose supplement with tretinoine ?

im not educated on that so i cant talk,how much do u weigh if ur like 50kg thats okay and u should get an increase on your next appointment

im 5'11(180cm) and weigh 74kgs(150pounds)

were your bloods fine?If so i see no reason to start that low i started with 20mg for a week then 60 for a month and now 80.Still dont up the dose on your own without bloodwork u can fuck up your liver,how long u been on accutamne

u just need tret, cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen. also don't use accutane and tret together.

i still didnt do any blood test..the derm told me to start at 10mg isotret and after two months from now i go again for my next appoinetment and get some blood tests then(i do the test like two days before i go back to her)

topical tret won't fuck up your liver. u don't have to worry. also read this guide if you want more in-depth knowledge. also i'd appreciate if you could mark my previous reply as a solution.

pretty weird for a derm not top ask for bloods before treatment,accutane will work and wont fuck u up with regular bloods,but just so u know your treatment will take very long multiply 74x125-150mg thats when treatment will be over so prepare for a longggg treatment

They basically do the same job and ur skin is gonna peel alot and ur gonna look like u have sunburns ik tret does that but using them both is gonna be really bad.and sorry for talking like that

His skin is gonna peel really bad hes js gonna have really bad skin in the start he js needed tret or isotretinoin those other things werent really necessary but his doctor knows better than us
