I need help on how to gain weight I’ve never been heavier than 117 lbs in me entire life

I was wondering if anybody has any tips on how to gain weight. I’m 5’6 (I know it’s already over but still) I workout semi-often but I really need to get back into it more. I’ve been trying to eat a lot more but for the past year (maybe even longer) I’ve been around 115 and I’ve never been heavier than 117 I need to gain more weight so then I can build more muscle. Please, anything helps I just want to ascend.

more food = more weight gained, which is again, why im telling him to do it without mk first. how hard is that to comprehend
he did it for a year and hasn’t worked. he maybe hasn’t tried his hardest but mk would help him gain weight fs

possible the first time. i switched sources like twice and both had the janoshik lab reports. i just didn't know how to properly bulk so mk didn't help with that. its the exact same case for this guy. he doesn't know how to bulk naturally so until he learns mk is just cope. after he learns then sure go for mk, idm
mate there is no rocket science to "learning how to bulk properly"
 
i'd agree if you knew what its like to be on it but youre pulling info out of ur ass. mk could help but its weak and not always useful
i prolly did the same amount of research u did so i’m not pulling anything out of my ass. it’s weak but it’s inpossible not to get hungrier with mk. its like getting accutane and not getting dry lips and skin

Literature isn't the same as real life effectiveness. You're partially right by saying it's impossible to not get hungry however just like Accutane side effects it varies from person to person. I don't have significant side effects from Accutane and neither did I have many from mk. Mk is weak, i'm telling u from experience. It doesn't make u as hungry as u exaggerate it.

just cuz you’re one of a kind doesn’t mean he will not gain weight so let him try
 
I know it sounds like total bull shit but I promise you dude I try my hardest and it seems like nothing ever happens but I’ll definitely try to eat even more thanks for responding bro
I know how it is.

Lets say you’re 18
You go to the gym 3-4 days a week

You estimated maintenance calorie intake per day: 2,100~2,250 calories
Meaning if you eat this daily you wont gain or lose any weight.
You can start off by tracking what you’re normal day of eating is like, this means tracking EVERYTHING you eat in a day with a food scale. It will be boring at first but after a while you’ll get used to it and will be able to eyeball everything.

I recommend sticking to a simple meal plan per day for it to be easier for you to count. That means eating the same thing everyday which is easy if you’re hitting the gym. You will start to get more hungry and you will start looking at eating as necessity and less like something you want to enjoy, not saying you can’t enjoy what you eat but I’m mentioning it because depending on you’re lifestyle you might see eating the same thing everyday as very boring or not enjoyable.

I myself eat everyday:
•eggs
•1lb mince beef
•rice

For a mild weight gain you’re going to need to add 400-500 calories to your maintenance, depending on what number you got when you start tracking your calories you might be looking at something like this for weight gain: 2400~2750 calories

You’re going to want to prioritize protein at
1g of protein per pound of bodyweight so:
115g in your case. You can easily make your meal plan with Chatgpt depending on what you like to eat most.

You’re going to want to stick to this diet for a week and check the scale to see if you gained any weight. If you did, congrants either stick to the same meal plan or increase in calories to keep gaining more weight, If you didn’t gain any weight start adding more calories and check next week.

Everything I just told you is basic info you can find anywhere, I just sparkled in some tips here and there, including what I eat daily.

Literally nobody thinks mk is worth it. The hunger is literally advertised as a side effect so its obviously weak for everyone. I'm not an exception

if the hunger is an advertised side effect, that means it would be strong not weak :lul:

and nobody thinks it's worth it in the looksmaxxing space for obvious reasons, but for this guy it's more about gaining weight more than anything.

Eat more, try doing less activity and eating stuff with higher sugar
