i need help, i think im really chopped I need help on what to do. Im 6ft tall, 15 year old and 123 pound, with about 15% bf% (bloated)
Ive never looked super good in my life, but im not too bad looking either, i can fraudmax. But i just wanna know how to actually look good.
I dont have alot of money, so i think ill stick to mostly softmax but please give me your opinions, ill hear about hardmax to. And also getting debloated and shredded. Thank you so much
